Hello

About Us

We are a non-profit organisation (NGO) dedicated to supporting people and communities through a holistic approach to wellbeing and development. Our work is based on five key pillars: Physical Health, Inner Balance, Culture and Joy, Everyday Life, and Your Business. Through these pillars, we promote health and nutrition, mental and spiritual balance, cultural and creative expression, practical skills for daily life, and entrepreneurial growth. Together, they form the foundation of our mission to strengthen communities, build resilience, and create opportunities for independence and shared progress. Read more below…

The 5 Pillars of Intra Conspectum CIC

1. Physical Health
Health begins with movement and good habits. At Intra Conspectum, we encourage physical activity by organising walking groups, fitness classes, cycling, rollerblading, and other forms of recreational sport. We support weight management, improved fitness, and overall wellbeing. We also focus on raising nutritional awareness through healthy eating workshops, sessions with dietitians, and cooking classes. Alongside this, we develop initiatives such as organic gardening to promote healthy food in daily life. Our aim is to foster strength, energy, and wellbeing at every stage of life.

2. Inner Balance
Everyone needs balance between emotions, spirituality, and everyday challenges. Within this pillar, we create a safe space to find peace, confidence, and a sense of belonging. We focus on mental and emotional health, support wellbeing through peer groups and personal development sessions, and teach relaxation techniques that reduce stress. We offer coaching and individual counselling to build self-awareness and inner strength. Spiritual growth and reflection on values are equally important, helping participants to discover meaning and harmony in life. We also support people in crisis, helping them find a way forward after difficulties and chaos, restoring balance and hope.

3. Culture and Joy
Vibrant culture and creative joy are the heartbeat of our community. This pillar connects people through hobby and interest clubs, creative gatherings, and artistic workshops that nurture imagination and manual skills. We celebrate folklore and traditions, while also creating opportunities to come together at concerts, picnics, and family events. Here, culture and entertainment go hand in hand – participants enjoy both artistic growth and the joy of shared experiences. This pillar also has a social dimension: preventing boredom, isolation, and exclusion while promoting cultural education and strengthening community bonds.

4. Everyday Life
Daily life often brings challenges, and this pillar focuses on practical support and assistance in everyday matters. We offer language courses that make it easier to communicate in English, as well as computer training that improves confidence with modern technology. We provide guidance on writing effective CVs and preparing for job interviews. We also support people with legal, administrative, and financial matters, including access to benefits and entitlements. This pillar builds independence and confidence in daily life, helping people manage their finances, overcome debt, and regain stability – creating a foundation for integration and a secure future.

5. Your Business
Entrepreneurship is a path to independence and turning ideas into reality. At Intra Conspectum, we support those who want to start a business or grow their company. We provide guidance on branding, advertising, and effective marketing, including social media strategies. We offer advice on building websites and online presence, run entrepreneurship workshops, and organise networking events to share experiences and make valuable connections. We accompany participants both in the early stages of setting up a business and in later phases of growth, offering patronage and financial support. In this way, entrepreneurship becomes not only a source of work but also a tool for building local community and economic independence.
